I respect your privacy and only collect what is needed to run the business and deliver what you have paid for.
When you buy, sign up or contact me, you may provide:

Payment details (handled by Stripe, not stored by me)
Any information you share in emails, forms or coaching sessions
Login details for your account on Podia
Through Podia and basic site tools:

Page views and basic activity (e.g. what pages are visited)

Cookies are used by Podia and Stripe to keep the site working and to remember basic settings. You can block cookies in your browser, but the site may not work as expected.

Deliver coaching sessions

Podia (online course platform)

These providers only receive the data needed for their service and follow GDPR requirements.
Payments are handled by Stripe.
I do not see or store your full credit card information.

Anything shared in coaching sessions stays confidential.
Notes may be kept for follow-up sessions.
These notes are never shared unless required by Danish law or if someone is at immediate risk.
Account and purchase data: kept as long as needed for tax law (usually 5 years in Denmark).
Coaching notes: kept as long as you remain a client, then deleted when no longer needed.
Emails: kept as long as relevant for communication and administration.
If you delete your Podia account, some data may still need to be stored for legal accounting reasons.
If you live in the EU or UK, you have the right to:
See what data is stored about you
Correct wrong information
Delete your data (unless I must keep it for tax reasons)
Withdraw consent for optional communication

Some of my service providers (like Podia and Stripe) store data outside the EU.
They follow GDPR rules through standard contractual clauses.
